I am turning 28 this year, not a mom yet.
I wanted to have a baby before I turned 30. My weight is 97 kilos, and I am pretty lightly active. I woke up around 9 to 10 a.m. and slept around 1 to 2 a.m. due to my work.
I recently bought a rebounder (trampoline) and took the time to jump for at least 10 to 30 minutes. My food intake is at least 2 full meals a days but have 1 to 2 snacks
I am trying to motivate myself for exercise, but I will try, and then it will be gone. How can I change this mindset?
