Hey mamas! 👋🏾 It’s already Sunday afternoon (how did that happen?! 😅), but there’s still time to set ourselves up for a smoother week. Let’s keep it super chill and manageable:
✨ Tidy Up: Choose one spot to reset—maybe the kitchen counter, your diaper bag, or even just your desk. A little effort can make a big difference. 🧹 (I personality did it yesterday night)
✨ Plan Your Week: Take 5 minutes to check your calendar or scribble down the key things you need to tackle this week. Don’t forget to book those workouts in like meetings! 📅 ( I personality work out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but since me and my husband have two different schedule, It might change. I always aim to do the best.)
✨ Easy Meals: Pick one or two meals to prep or at least get the basics ready. Even washing and chopping veggies counts. Baby steps! 🥗 ( I have two meals plan in my head lol chickpea curry, and spaghetti that's my go to every week lol)
✨ Laundry (ugh, I know): Toss in a quick load or tackle a basket that’s been staring you down. It’ll feel good to get it done. 🧺 (I personally don't have a washer and dryer so I will go tomorrow haha)
✨ Take a Moment for YOU: Seriously, don’t skip this one. Stretch, sip on something warm, or just sit in silence for five minutes. You’ve earned it. 💆🏾♀️
