Hi Everyone! Guess what... I finally joined a gym and started working out. I even started to become more conscious of what I consume every day. Sometimes it is hard to stay motivated and show up at the gym, but what motivates me is that every time I go to the gym, it's the place where I can just enjoy the music and no one will disturb me.
Do you mind sharing your go-to music or podcast to listen to when you're working out? I usually listen to K-pop music while working out.
